Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the prints and ship them back within 28 days of receipt. Please note that orders must be returned to Poland. Please ship them in well protected packaging to ensure they arrive in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of returns. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the item arriving back to us.

EXCHANGES

Just like returns we gladly accept exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the prints and ship them back within 28 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of the returns as well costs of re-shipping.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

• personalised posters
• digital downloads

DAMAGED ITEMS

If any of the prints arrive damaged or incorrect we will replace the prints as soon as possible. Please contact us with your order number, name and address and please forward us a photograph of the faulty product.
